  Description: This is a club for male riders around 50 years and older who share a passion for riding. We meet at Brooklyn's Deli in North Rockville for breakfast and then ride in Montgomery, Frederick, Harford, and Washington Counties in Maryland, as well as Northern Virginia / West Virginia. We promote a safe, enjoyable riding experience for every rider, new or experienced. We are a friendly group of intelligent, law abiding gentlemen, from various professions and ethnically diverse. Our group consists of new riders, riders returning from a long hiatus, and some who have been riding for decades. You may even be retired from riding and just share the company of other motorcyclists. We ride bikes of all brands and styles. Cruisers, sport-touring, American, European or Asian bikes are all OK with us. We do not have a minimum engine size but your bike should be able to handle sharp turns, steep hills, and capable of occasional highway riding at speeds upward of 65 mph. We also tend to have stock or reasonable exhaust systems. Thank you for contacting the Slow Riders Motorcycle Club. We are not currently recruiting new members. We limit the size of the club to insure safety on the road during roup rides. Please feel welcome to meet us at our weekly breakfast held at Brooklyn Deli on Saturdays at 8am - 9am.
